About the Product

Our Semi-Cured “Sticky” Floor Rubber Mat — 14 mm delivers extra cushioning and durability for high-use equine flooring (ideal for floats and transport trucks). Each mat is cut close to your required dimensions for a near-custom fit, with a small allowance to ensure full edge-to-edge coverage (e.g. a 3630 × 3700 mm area may be supplied as approximately 3650 × 3750 mm).

To achieve your size, we bond smaller pre-made mats together using a high-strength process. Joins may be visible; larger mats may be supplied in two or more sections that require joining during installation.

• Made from 90% natural rubber reinforced with nylon cord for strength and stability.
• Exceptionally grippy semi-cured surface provides superior anti-slip safety and comfort under hoof.

Installation & Handling:

Semi-cured rubber is flexible and easy to work with. Thickness may vary slightly (± 3 mm). When first unrolled it may appear compressed or lightly curled; after a few days laid flat it returns to its correct profile. Please unroll soon after delivery—if stored tightly rolled for several days, semi-cured layers may bond together. For longer storage, lay mats flat, not rolled.
