About the Product

Our Semi-Cured “Sticky” Floor Rubber (Float) delivers outstanding grip, comfort and durability for horses in transit. Each mat is cut close to your float’s dimensions for a near-custom fit, with a small allowance to ensure full edge-to-edge coverage (e.g. a 3630 × 3700 mm floor may be supplied as approximately 3650 × 3750 mm).

We bond smaller pre-made mats together using a high-strength process to create your required size. Joins may be visible; larger floors may be supplied in two or more sections that require joining during installation.

Installation & Handling:

Semi-cured rubber is flexible and easy to work with. Thickness can vary slightly (± 3 mm). When first unrolled it may appear compressed or lightly curled; after a few days laid flat it returns to its correct profile. Please unroll soon after delivery—if stored tightly rolled for several days, semi-cured layers may bond together. For longer storage, lay mats flat, not rolled.
