About the Product

Our Semi-Cured “Sticky” Rubber Mats are designed specifically for equine environments where grip, comfort, and durability are essential. Each mat is cut close to your stable’s dimensions for a near-custom fit, with a small allowance to ensure complete floor coverage. (For example, a 3630 × 3700 mm stable may be supplied as approximately 3650 × 3750 mm.)

These mats are produced by bonding smaller pre-made mats together using a high-strength vulcanising process to form a single mat. While joins are visible, they are securely sealed and extremely strong. Some larger mats may arrive in two or more sections that will need to be joined during installation.

• Available in 10 mm or 14 mm thicknesses.
• Constructed from 90% natural rubber reinforced with nylon cord for maximum strength and flexibility.
• Exceptionally grippy semi-cured surface provides outstanding anti-slip safety and comfort.
• Designed for stable boxes, wash bays, horse walkers, and float floors.

Installation & Handling:

The semi-cured rubber is forgiving and flexible, which makes installation easier. Thickness may vary slightly (±3 mm). When delivered, the mat may appear slightly compressed—after a few days laid flat it will expand to its correct thickness. We recommend unrolling the mat soon after delivery to prevent it from sticking together if left tightly rolled for several days.

Freight Notes:
