GroundHex Stabilizer
The GroundHex Stabilizer system is a practical, low-maintenance ground reinforcement solution designed for both equine and cattle facilities. It’s ideal for laneways, feed areas, gateways, wash bays, and other erosion-prone spots. The system installs directly over compacted soil, eliminating the need for expensive concrete foundations while keeping high-traffic areas firm and mud-free.

What It’s Made From
The GroundHex Stabilizer is made from recycled polypropylene in a honeycomb grid structure. This design makes it lightweight, easy to install, and extremely durable under the pressure of both horses and cattle. Panels come pre-clipped for quick installation and can be cut to size when needed.
Installation Guide
-
Level and prepare the area.
-
Spread and compact a base layer of crusher dust or fine gravel.
-
Lay GroundHex Stabilizer panels one at a time, locking them together.
-
Tap panels into place with a rubber mallet.
-
Cut panels to size where required.
-
Fill the cells with crusher dust, sand, or soil.
-
Compact the surface.
Optional: Lay rubber mats directly over the stabilizer in areas needing extra traction or comfort (e.g., cattle holding yards, stables, wash bays). Use fixing screws if secure fastening is required.
