About the Product

Our Semi-Cured “Sticky” Rubber Mats (10 mm) are purpose-built for wash bays and other wet, high-use areas. Each mat is cut close to your bay’s dimensions for a near-custom fit, with a small allowance to ensure full edge-to-edge coverage.

To achieve your required size, we bond smaller pre-made mats together using a high-strength process. Joins may be visible; larger areas may be supplied in two or more sections that require joining during installation. These wash bay mats are supplied as a solid surface (no holes) to help minimise debris build-up and simplify cleaning.

Installation & Handling:

Semi-cured rubber is flexible and easy to work with. Thickness may vary slightly (± 3 mm). When first unrolled it may appear compressed or lightly curled; after a few days laid flat it returns to its correct profile. Please unroll soon after delivery—if stored tightly rolled for several days, semi-cured layers may bond together. For longer storage, lay mats flat, not rolled.

Freight Notes:
Depending on your location, the website freight calculator may occasionally be inaccurate. If an adjustment is required, we’ll contact you before dispatch for confirmation.

Large areas: Our online store supports up to 100 m² per mat. For larger projects, place your order and we’ll follow up, or request a quote.
