About the Product
Our Semi-Cured “Sticky” Truck Tailgate/Ramp Mats are engineered for steep ramps and heavy-duty use. They feature 12–14 mm moulded cleats for maximum traction when loading and unloading. (For floats or gentler ramps, see our Float Tailgate Mats with 8–10 mm cleats.)
Each mat is cut close to your ramp’s dimensions for a near-custom fit, with a small allowance to ensure full edge-to-edge coverage. We bond smaller pre-made mats together using a high-strength process to achieve your required size. Joins may be visible; larger sizes may be supplied in two or more sections that require joining during installation.
Key Features:
- Base thickness ~10 mm with 12–14 mm cleats for superior traction on steep ramps.
- Constructed from 90% natural rubber reinforced with nylon cord for strength and stability.
- Exceptionally grippy semi-cured surface for safer footing under hoof.
- Designed specifically for truck tailgates/ramps; float option available with lower cleats.
Ordering Information:
Enter your ramp width and length and the price will update automatically. To order multiple mats of different sizes, enter each size and click “Add to Cart.” When finished, open your shopping cart (top right) to review the full order.
Installation & Handling:
Semi-cured rubber is forgiving and easy to work with. Thickness may vary slightly (± 3 mm). When first unrolled, the mat may appear compressed or curled; after a few days laid flat it returns to its correct profile. Please unroll soon after delivery—if stored tightly rolled for several days, semi-cured layers may bond together. For longer storage, lay mats flat, not rolled.
Freight Notes:
Depending on your location, the website freight calculator may occasionally be inaccurate.
If an adjustment is required, we’ll contact you before dispatch for confirmation.
