About the Product

Our Semi-Cured “Sticky” Ramp (Tailgate) Mats are purpose-built for floats to improve traction and confidence when loading and unloading. They feature 8–10 mm moulded cleats for grip on ramps that aren’t excessively steep. (For steeper ramps or heavy truck applications, consider our Truck Tailgate Mats with larger cleats.)

Each mat is cut close to your ramp’s dimensions for a near-custom fit, with a small allowance to ensure full edge-to-edge coverage. We bond smaller pre-made mats together using a high-strength process to form your required size. Joins may be visible; larger sizes may be supplied in two or more sections that require joining during installation.

• Exceptionally grippy semi-cured surface for safer footing under hoof.

Installation & Handling:

The semi-cured rubber is forgiving and easy to work with. Thickness can vary slightly (± 3 mm). When first unrolled, the mat may look slightly compressed; after a few days laid flat it will return to its correct profile. Please unroll soon after delivery—if stored tightly rolled for several days, semi-cured layers may bond together. For longer storage, lay mats flat, not rolled.
