This Mattressed System is for Floats, Vet Box Floors, Regular Stable Floors, Recovery and Knock Down Boxes.
This System includes 23mm (yes that's enough trust us) of the Highest Quality Purpose Engineered Foam, which is Bonded to 4.5mm (yes this is also more than enough) reinforced rubber matting. It also includes all the Glue, Sealant, Easy DIY Instructions and access to experienced installers for top teir Advise.
We supply this kit in 1800mm - 900mm sheets with already bonded rubber and bevelled edges ready for DIY sealing.
This is a Truly Easy DIY System which usually Requires professional installers.
Instructions (Video also Available)
Step 1: Lay out your sheets and use a Stanly knife to Trim where needed.
Step 2: Mix your 2 pack glue, lift 1 sheet at a time and glue it down with the supplied Trowel.
Step 3: Use Methalayted Spirits(Not Supplied) to clean the joins.
Step 4: Use our Sealent by pumping the bevelled joins level, then using gloves do your best to make sure the seal is touching both sides of the rubber.
Step 5: Allow to Dry for 5-7 Days.
Step 6: Use the Supplied Sand Paperor sand down any protruding glue form the joins.
and Boom, your new Vet Grade floor is ready.
